PRIVACY POLICY (in line with GDPR legislation):
Any data you give me (contact details and/or health information)  will be kept as long as you continue to attend classes and for up to 12 months after last contact. If you complete a health questionnaire, the paper form will be kept in a cupboard at my home and the information therein will be transferred onto a password protected excel spreadsheet on my computer.    PLEASE NOTE NONE OF YOUR INFORMATION WILL BE SHARED WITH ANY 3RD PARTIES (other than regular cover teachers - they will be asked to delete the information at the end of each cover period).   You have the option to have your data deleted at any time and to unsubscribe from regular emails at any time.    You have the right to complain to the ICO (https://ico.org.uk/for-the-public/) if you are unhappy with how I handle your data.    The reason I store health information is to keep you safe within the context of a yoga class – in that certain movements/poses are contraindicated in certain conditions/injuries.  Your email address will be used, with your consent,  to send you emails about classes, cover teachers and other class related information ONLY - there is an unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email.  All emails are sent via Mailchimp (a secure email marketing service)
